This quickie post is a record/placeholder for a note I just put up in response to a note, which, damnably, I lost track of and can’t find - I’ll link to it when I can.

It came to me in an instant, as I was reading the above note.
It’s a massive crock constantly flogged by a crock people—The EskiPals, which is also a coinage of mine, from Eskimo and Palestinian. No one uses the word “Eskimo” anymore, it’s vacant; “Palestinian” is too long & cumbersome & anyway, it’s a legit designation for the pre-State inhabitants of Mandate Palestine.
Every group of people in the world has suffered a nakba. The Nakba, capital “N” is a crock.
Hence Crockba(™).
At some point I’ll get tired of Crockba(™) because giving it a special name is to honor it in a perverse way, but for now, I’m going with it.
And it’s mine, y’all. Credit me or face the music.
Good one. I might have gone with Fakeba, for the Fakestinians, but Crockba works too. Reminds me of an old tune bybThe Clash, “Rockin’ the Crockba”. (Kareem don’t like it!).
The Crockba. When 5 real Arab armies of guess what ‘ethnostates’ attempted to annihilate Israel before it got started and fought the rag tag Hagana which had 4 Czech airplanes and an arms embargo. And lost. And can’t get over their humiliation. Have been whining ever since.
