I used to think American life, while not without its insane aspects, made some kind of sense. I no longer do. I feel we have much in common with the rotting Communist regimes of the 1960s.

I can’t think too hard nowadays; the bullshit is coming so thick and fast. Now and again, as the mood strikes, I’m going to post various things without commentary because the absurdity is SO obvious.

In economic warfare & uno reverse card news... Risibly, and obvs not "quietly" enough, given Bloomberg heard about it, 🇺🇸 agricultural firms are being encouraged to tackle fertilizer shortages by *boosting imports from 🇷🇺.* Expect sanctions enthusiasm to break down quick.

(Bloomberg) -- The US government is quietly encouraging agricultural and shipping companies to buy and carry more Russian fertilizer, according to people familiar with the efforts, as sanctions fears have led to a sharp drop in supplies, fueling spiraling global food costs.

The link is to Yahoo’s British site. Will this be covered in US media?
