Crossing Half of China has got to be the best poem I've read in years! I wish I could read it in the original but as it is the translation seems smooth and effortless (it takes a lot of effort to seem effortless)
I was astounded when I read it. Her story is amazing as well. She just began writing in a shabby rural village, not thinking that she'd ever be published much less famous.
