Very quick post about the horror in Minneapolis.
I don’t want this to get memory-holed. It’s normal to want to process things and move on, but I want this to be a cultural hinge point: this maniac was “transgender” and he was a raving antisemite and the major media are covering it up.
Our two flagship newspapers, Washington Post, and the New York Times, are sanitizing the ideological bent of the maniac. Which puts them on the same side as Nicholas Fuentes.1
The 23-year-old shooter who opened fire at a Catholic school in Minneapolis on Wednesday posted rambling videos to YouTube showing reverence for other mass shooters, gun magazines scrawled with “Kill Donald Trump” and racial slurs, and messages apologizing to family members.
Police identified the assailant who shot through the stained-glass windows at Annunciation Catholic School as Robin Westman, and said investigators were examining the wide-ranging videos in search of a clear motive.
“I don’t expect forgiveness,” the shooter wrote in a journal shown in one of the videos, adding later in narration over images of guns and ammo, “I’m sorry to my family but that’s all I’m sorry for.”
FBI Director Kash Patel said authorities were investigating the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and a hate crime targeting Catholics.
Westman began the assault at 8:30 a.m. as students were at Mass during the opening days of the school year, police said. The assailant opened fire with a rifle, shotgun and pistol, killing two students, ages 8 and 10, and wounding 17 others, including 14 students.
Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said the shooter acted alone, did not have an extensive criminal history and legally purchased the guns used in the killings. He said Westman …died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound behind the church shortly afterward.
The shooter’s mother, who online postings show worked for years as an administrative assistant in the business office of the Annunciation Catholic School, successfully petitioned to change the assailant’s name from Robert to Robin in 2021, saying the then-teenager, who was assigned male at birth, identified as a woman.
O’Hara said the shooter timed the videos to be posted to YouTube to coincide with the shooting. It has since been taken down but archived copies continue to circulate online.
One video begins with the shooter laughing before the camera pans to a note addressed to Westman’s family. It apologizes to Westman’s siblings and parents for “forever tainting the rest of [their] lives.”
The shooter references suffering from depressive and suicidal thoughts, but does not lay out a clear motive for the attack. Later in the same video, Westman shows 10 magazines filled with ammunition and multiple firearms. On the side of one magazine, “Kill Donald Trump” is written. Others carried slogans and sayings that were anti-Black, antisemitic, anti-Hispanic and anti-God.
In another video, which runs approximately 20 minutes, Westman flips through the pages of a journal filled with text that appears to be English written using Cyrillic script.
Nods to past mass killings can be found throughout both videos.
The names of previous mass shooters are among the text scrawled in white marker across the magazines and firearms — resembling the firearms used in attacks in Buffalo and Christchurch, New Zealand.
Police said they were executing search warrants at residences for Westman in the Minneapolis area on Wednesday afternoon and had recovered other firearms.
Mary Westman, the shooter’s mother, retired from her job at the Annunciation church in 2021, according to social media postings, and was also on the honor roll of school donors for having given up to $5,000.
She had applied for a name change for her child in 2019 from Robert Paul Westman to Robin M. Westman because her child “identifies as a female and wants her name to reflect that identification,” according to court records in Dakota County, Minnesota.
At the time, Westman was 17. Mary Westman wrote in court documents that the teenager did not have a felony record. The name change was approved by a judge in 2021.
RISE Dispensary, a medical marijuana shop, said in a statement that Westman had worked at a Minnesota store for several months this year…
Robin Westman was the youngest of three children whose parents divorced in 2013, according to court records. The family lived in Hastings, Minnesota, at the time, and all three children attended private school. The father was tasked with taking the children to church.
Westman’s family did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Stacey Czeck, who lives two doors down from Westman’s father, Jim Westman, and stepmother, said she saw the couple standing outside their home at about 9 or 9:30 a.m. ….
“He was demonstrably upset,” she said of the father. “He sat down on the curb with [his] head in his hands. She was consoling him.”
The word “antisemitic” is practically buried among a laundry list of other hate objects.
One of the authors of the piece is described an an “investigative journalist.” He seems to have overlooked this:3
The New York Times is completely corrupt. The use of the feminine pronoun, and the absolute lie about motivations when he clearly stated what it was. It has truly become a lying shitrag.
X is a writhing tub of eels now. The Jew-haters are out of control; when it’s pointed out that the murderer was inspired by Jew-hate, they screech: “You are making it all about yourself.”
OK you bastards, how about this? It’s not about the Jews. It’s about YOU, your insanity, your obsessions, your twisted minds.
When someone is crazy enough to obsess about “the Jews” they’ll end up doing anything - including shooting up the Catholic school they went to. This is not a line of thought that leads to rational actions. Just look at Candace Owens.
That, plus transgender ideology, produced this act of evil. I also suspected cannabis even before I learned that Westman worked in a dispensary. Was he a habitual smoker?
If the lunatic had singled out Mexicans and WaPo had covered that up, I’d be just as incensed, and I’d post something criticizing their crappy reporting. But I don’t think they would. Only one group merits being ignored and obsessed about simultaneously:
The Jews.
But this is not crappy reporting. It’s deliberate evasion. The consequences of mixing antisemitism and an essentially destabilizing ideology (the gender woo) and guns and drugs is too terrifying to face openly so it needs to be buried.
Jew-hate wasn’t simply his motivation: it was the unifying principle that enabled a total scatterbrain to operationalize his obsessions. It was antisemitism that enabled him to learn to write in Cyrillic, and antisemitism that made him kill.
Update: It should go without saying, but I have to say it, that the real victims in the Annunciation shooting— the bereaved—are twice victimized by being engulfed in the lunatic nightmare that results from the interaction between the medical industrial complex and the Candace Owens crowd. She last tweeted eighteen hours ago - an unusually long time for her to be silent. She’s probably figuring out how to blame this on the Jews, and how to make it all about Candace.
I ain’t linking to this POS. He wrote: “The perpetrator was an extremely online mentally ill sadist. Doesn’t appear to be ideologically motivated. If anything, it appears to be demonic influence.” LOL about the demonic influence. I guess he’s an expert on that. It’s possible to be a mentally ill sadist who is also ideologically motivated. Like Fuentes and his tag team frenemy, Candace Owens.

I usually link to everything but I can’t find the X account where I downloaded the image. If I run across it, I will link to it.
